Throughout the year Halo of Hope receives requests from a number of organizations and schools asking how they can help. Listed below are a few ways we ask those outside our Activities Committee to help:

Our Champion for Children Luncheon is a new fundraising opportunity for individuals and corporate partners who are interested in making a greater impact on the lives of children with cancer.

The Halo of Hope Foundation has had the honor of hosting the Hackers -N- Halos Golf Outing 5 years. This event is near and dear to the hearts of the Foundation as it was the first major fundraising event the Foundation hosted.

What better way to raise money for the Foundation then with an over the top Halo-Ween Party! This Halloween-centric event is one of a kind in Northwest Indiana, with attendees from all over Indiana and Chicagoland.

Love Bundles

Halo of Hope helps families in Northwest Indiana and nearby Chicago. Our “Love Bundles” program is designed to help maintain the quality of life of our Halo kids by providing necessities, as well as comfort items to our patients and their families.

Paper Angels

With the local community in mind, many local businesses have reached out to Halo of Hope to run donation programs. Many want to server the needs and causes of patrons locally. In 2013, we worked with local Buffalo Wild Wings® to run our first ever Paper Angel’s program: Hoops for Halos! Halo has ran this donation pin-up program, along side other pin-up programs to raise awareness and funds for Halo!

Speaking Engagements

Each year Jared Tomich speaks with groups and organizations about his time as a college and professional football player, as well as his charitable endeavors. Jared’s loves speaking about his experiences and ties to the community. Read more about having Jared speak at your event!

Circle of Friends Camp is the core program that Halo of Hope was built on. Giving a sick child the opportunity to attend a life changing camp can mean the difference in their ability to overcome cancer. Make an impact on life of a child with cancer or blood disorder illness by sponsoring them for our next camping trip.
